Welcome to our 54th annual Quarter horse production sale! Sale time is our favorite time of year as we come together as family to enjoy old friends and meet new ones.
At 54 years in the horse industry we have raised a lot of horses and seen a vast quantity of others. We believe we have on the ground, the nicest set of fillies we’ve ever raised and you’ll drive a long way to find better.
Our commitment to breeding ranch horses was recognized this past year by the AQHA with the Ranching Heritage Breeder designation. Coupled with the Legacy Award and our father, Russ Silha’s, induction into the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame, we hope these accolades demonstrate our commitment to the horse industry and to you our customers.
Most of our mares have been ridden and used for ranch work. We are currently riding sons and daughters of all three stallions and they are good horses and have been easy to train.
We strive to instill foundational training on the colts, working hard to make sure they are well halter broke when you take them home. They will have been tied and are vaccinated, dewormed and Coggins tested by sale day.
Make sure you join us at the ranch on sale day. Come view the colts with their mothers and join us for lunch and of course, pie and coffee!
